GPX is an exchange network exclusive to owners with Grand Pacific Resorts. You get access to the most popular resorts around the world, the best weeks, and a simplified booking process backed with personalized service. Plus, you’ll never pay an annual membership fee.

It’s simple to book your exchange. With GPX you’re free from complicated value systems and restrictions. You can view live availability before signing in to your account and even place a week on hold before making a deposit.

Once you’re ready to make an exchange simply sign in to start your booking. Be sure to have a week deposited for a credit good toward any week available in GPX. Simply pick a week at another resort and book it online using your deposit credit. You can also call a vacation specialist seven days a week at (866) 325-6295 for assistance.

Bonus Weeks = Rental Weeks

We still offer Bonus Weeks, however they’re now referred to as Insider Weeks. These rental weeks don’t require a deposit and are deeply discounted at an owners-only rate starting at just $399 for the week. They’re great for taking more vacations outside of your use week. You can even gift your Insider Week to friends or family. Rental weeks are non-refundable.

Our members love exchanging their week and traveling somewhere new. That’s why we made it easier to quickly get to the deeply discounted exchange weeks with Insider Exchange. Simply ensure you have a deposit credit available, pay the $89 deposit fee, and just like that your Exchange Week is booked! Hint, hint, sometimes you can find a great deal on a week following over a holiday.

No problem! We have you covered. As an owner you get exclusive membership benefits with ResorTime, your source for nightly vacation rentals. When you sign in at ResorTime you receive owner-only reduced rates and have access to hundreds of resorts in the most popular destinations, all at the best price.

If you own a fixed week you can deposit your week online at www.GPXVacations.com. It’s as easy as signing in, going to your Member Dashboard, and clicking Deposit Week. You can also call a vacation specialist at (866) 325-6295 for assistance. Remember, deposits must be done at least 14 days prior to the start date of your fixed week.

If you own a float week please contact the reservations department of your home resort to make your use week reservation. Next step is to sign in, access your Member Dashboard and select Deposit Your Week. Please remember that deposits must be done at least 14 days prior to the start date of the float week booked at your home resort.

A week deposited becomes an exchange credit with GPX that is good for 2 years from the start date of the deposited week. You can book as soon as your week is deposited, or as far as 2 years after the start date of the week deposited. When booking an exchange, the travel date must start on or before the expiration date of the deposited week. You can use your GPX credit online through your Member Dashboard or by calling a vacation specialist at (866) 325-6295.

Not necessarily! GPX offers a 12 month extension for $129.

Make sure to request your extension on or before the expiration date of credit. Extensions are based on original expiration date, not call in date. The maximum extension of a credit is 12 months and all credits are non-transferable.

You’ll never pay an annual membership fee.

  • Exchange fees range from $199 – $239. This includes domestic and international bookings.
  • Late Deposit Fees:
    • Deposits made 14 days or more from your arrival date: FREE
    • Deposit made day of to 6 days prior to arrival date: $149
    • Deposits made 7 to 13 days prior to arrival date: $99

Upgrades are based on availability and there is a nominal fee:

  • Studio deposit to a (1) bedroom is $85
  • Studio deposit to a (2) bedroom is $185
  • (1) bedroom deposit to (2) or (3) bedroom upgrade is $185

Please note that upgrades are in addition to the exchange fee. When confirming an exchange over the phone, the upgrade fee is collected at the time of booking. The exchange fee and upgrade fee will be collected as a single charge. When confirming an exchange online, the upgrade fee will be collected by GPX the next business day.

Plans change and sometimes you need flexibility in your schedule. You want to secure that vacation week before someone else books it, yet you know there is a chance something else might come up.

When you add Flex Booking for $39 to your Exchange, your vacation is secured and you still have the option to change your plans.

There are no change fees or hidden fees. If you cancel your exchange 45+ days prior to check-in then 100% of the Exchange and Upgrade Fees will be applied to future bookings for up to one year in the form of a coupon code. The week you deposited for the Exchange will be re-issued with the original expiration date.

The coupon code issued in the amount of the Exchange fee(s) is good for one year from the date that the cancellation was made and is valid towards an Exchange or Rental booking.

It’s easy to gift a week to friends or family from www.GPXVacations.com. Simply select the week you would like to gift through our search availability, select the week you would like to gift, then in the booking process choose the option to update the guest information and the $69 guest fee will automatically be applied at check-out. If you would like to gift an existing reservation you will need to call a Vacation Specialist to modify the reservation at (866) 325-6295.

GPX is here to make vacationing even easier. Simply sign in and access your Member Dashboard. Click the “Make a Special Request” option. A pop up will appear requesting the information we need to start creating your perfect vacation. You can also call a vacation specialist seven days a week at (866) 325-6295 for assistance.

Vacation planning can be complicated as you juggle the family schedule with resort availability. That’s why we give you the option to hold a week as you sort through plans. When you select ‘Hold’, that week is exclusively available only to you for 24hrs. Once your vacation plans are set, you can confirm the held week from your Member Dashboard. If the week is not confirmed it will be automatically released. If you need assistance, please call a Vacation Specialist at (866) 325-6295.

Holds Alert: Southern California Select Weeks

Summer vacations in Southern California are in high demand and with limited timeshare resorts along the coast, availability is hard to find. In an effort to enhance the vacation ownership experience, select summer weeks in Southern California are not eligible for a hold. If you’re thinking about a vacation to Southern California, we suggest that you start planning at least 1 year in advance so if and when a unit becomes available you can book it immediately.

‘Summer weeks’ have check-in dates starting Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

‘Select resorts’ throughout Southern California are coastal properties in high demand.
