GPX is an exchange network exclusive to owners with Grand Pacific Resorts. You get access to the most popular resorts around the world, the best weeks, and a simplified booking process backed with personalized service. Plus, you’ll never pay an annual membership fee.
It’s simple to book your exchange. With GPX you’re free from complicated value systems and restrictions. You can view live availability before signing in to your account and even place a week on hold before making a deposit.
Once you’re ready to make an exchange simply sign in to start your booking. Be sure to have a week deposited for a credit good toward any week available in GPX. Simply pick a week at another resort and book it online using your deposit credit. You can also call a vacation specialist seven days a week at (866) 325-6295 for assistance.
Bonus Weeks = Rental Weeks
We still offer Bonus Weeks, however they’re now referred to as Rental Weeks. These are the same weeks available to you that don’t require a deposit and are deeply discounted at an owners-only rate starting at just $349 for the week. They’re great for taking more vacations outside of your use week. You can even gift a rental week to friends or family. Rental weeks are non-refundable.
You might recall Bonus Weeks from GPX, now referred to as Rental Weeks. After hearing from owners that there was confusion around Bonus Time, Bonus Weeks, and all the other special offerings you receive for being a timeshare owner, we committed to cutting through the clutter to make vacation planning simpler. That’s why rental and exchange availability is now displayed side-by-side.
GPX Rental Weeks (formerly known as Bonus Weeks) are weeks that don’t require a deposit. These weeks are different than Bonus Time. Rental Weeks allow you to vacation at resorts within the Grand Pacific Resorts family plus thousands of resorts worldwide. These weeks are available to you at a special owners-only rate. You can even gift them to friends or family.
We know you love a good deal! So we made it easier to quickly get to the deeply discounted weeks with Insider Weeks. These weeks are always just $399 for the week and always within a 90-day check-in window. Hint, hint, sometimes you can find a great deal on a week following over a holiday. Make sure to check Insider Weeks often so you can take more vacations for less.
No problem! We have you covered. As an owner you get exclusive membership benefits with ResorTime, your source for nightly vacation rentals. When you sign in at ResorTime you receive owner-only reduced rates and have access to hundreds of resorts in the most popular destinations, all at the best price.
If you own a fixed week you can deposit your week online at www.GPXVacations.com. It’s as easy as signing in, going to your Member Dashboard, and clicking Deposit Week. You can also call a vacation specialist at (866) 325-6295 for assistance. Remember, deposits must be done at least 14 days prior to the start date of your fixed week.
If you own a float week please contact the reservations department of your home resort to make your use week reservation. Next step is to sign in, access your Member Dashboard and select Deposit Your Week. Please remember that deposits must be done at least 14 days prior to the start date of the float week booked at your home resort.
A week deposited becomes an exchange credit with GPX that is good for 2 years from the start date of the deposited week. You can book as soon as your week is deposited, or as far as 2 years after the start date of the week deposited. When booking an exchange, the travel date must start on or before the expiration date of the deposited week. You can use your GPX credit online through your Member Dashboard or by calling a vacation specialist at (866) 325-6295.
Not necessarily! GPX offers a 12 month extension for $99.
Make sure to request your extension on or before the expiration date of credit. Extensions are based on original expiration date, not call in date. The maximum extension of a credit is 12 months and all credits are non-transferable.
You’ll never pay an annual membership fee.
- There is an exchange fee starting at $189. This includes domestic and international bookings.
- Late Deposit Fees:
- Deposits made 14 days or more from your arrival date: FREE
- Deposit made day of to 6 days prior to arrival date: $149
- Deposits made 7 to 13 days prior to arrival date: $99
Upgrades are based on availability and there is a nominal fee:
- Studio deposit to a (1) bedroom is $85
- Studio deposit to a (2) bedroom is $185
- (1) bedroom deposit to (2) or (3) bedroom upgrade is $185
Please note that upgrades are in addition to the exchange fee. When confirming an exchange over the phone, the upgrade fee is collected at the time of booking. The exchange fee and upgrade fee will be collected as a single charge. When confirming an exchange online, the upgrade fee will be collected by GPX the next business day.
Absolutely! GPX now gives you the option to forgo paying an upgrade fee by combining credits to exchange into a larger unit. It’s the perfect way to use aging credits instead of letting them expire or paying an extension fee. GPX makes it easy for you to get the most out of your ownership! Simply call (866) 325-6295 to take advantage of this benefit.
We understand that plans change. That’s why we offer Cancellation Protection for $24 when you book an exchange. If you select this protection and cancel the reservation 30 days prior to arrival then the exchange fee will be credited back to your account. If the cancellation is 29 days or less prior to the arrival date then the paid exchange fee is non-refundable. In both instances the week used will be reissued and will expire two years from the original credit week start date. It’s important to note that CPO must be purchased at the time of booking your exchange.
It’s easy to gift a week to friends or family from www.GPXVacations.com. Simply select the week you would like to gift through our search availability, select the week you would like to gift, then in the booking process choose the option to update the guest information and the guest fee will automatically be applied at check-out. If you would like to gift an existing reservation you will need to call a Vacation Specialist to modify the reservation at (866) 325-6295.
GPX is here to make vacationing even easier. Simply sign in and access your Member Dashboard. Click the “Make a Special Request” option. A pop up will appear requesting the information we need to start creating your perfect vacation. You can also call a vacation specialist seven days a week at (866) 325-6295 for assistance.
Vacation planning can be complicated as you juggle the family schedule with resort availability. That’s why we give you the option to hold a week as you sort through plans. When you select ‘Hold’, that week is exclusively available only to you until 4:00pm pacific the next day. Once your vacation plans are set, you can confirm the held week from your Member Dashboard. If the week is not confirmed by 4:00pm the next day it will be automatically released. If you need assistance, please call a Vacation Specialist at (866) 325-6295.
Holds Alert: Southern California Select Weeks
Summer vacations in Southern California are in high demand and with limited timeshare resorts along the coast, availability is hard to find. In an effort to enhance the vacation ownership experience, select summer weeks in Southern California are not eligible for a hold. If you’re thinking about a vacation to Southern California, we suggest that you start planning at least 1 year in advance so if and when a unit becomes available you can book it immediately.
‘Summer weeks’ have check-in dates starting Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.
‘Select resorts’ throughout Southern California are coastal properties in high demand.
