No Smoking Policy: $350.00. Smoking and vaping (tobacco or Cannabis) are not allowed in rooms, on decks, lanais or patio.
Late Check-Out Policy: $25.00. Charged every half hour after check-out time of 11:00am.
Fees
Accommodations/Lodging Tax: As required by state and local regulations, this nightly tax rate is based on condominium size and season. Price ranges between $17-$26 per night. Please contact the resort directly for current costs.
