Beginning 03/17/25 :
A $75 USD + tax fee is required at check in. A Hawaiian State Transient tax due upon arrival. This fee is based on a percentage of the value of the unit's annual maintenance fee. For our property the fee has been calculated to be $5.93 USD per day for 1-bedroom units and $7.90 USD per day for 2-bedroom units. Additionally there is a WIFI fee of $5 USD per day, $20 USD per week, or $54 per month. There is an optional air conditioning fee charged at the rate of $10 USD per day + tax for the 1 bedroom and $12 per day + tax for the 2 bedroom units. Rates may change with or without notice based on the discretion of the resort. -
