Lea Casa is located beside the ocean, close to all the superb golf courses, historic sites, and scenic attractions that have made Hawaii one of the world's leading vacation spots. Beginning 12/01/21 :
Effective 1/3/2025 the State of Hawaii requires ALL OWNERS, GUESTS, and EXCHANGERS to pay a state-mandated Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT). This tax is $10.80 per night or $75.53 per week, regardless of the number of occupants in the unit.
Prior to your arrival or no later than the day of your arrival please call Cindy Holtz, Lea Casa Administrator at 808-987-6291 and give her your credit card information to pay the TAT. If Cindy has not heard from you, she will then call you on the day of your arrival for your credit card information in order for her to be able to charge your credit card for the TAT
