Beginning 11/01/21 :
The rooftop pool, pool deck, BBQ area and hot tub will be closed from January through March , for annual maintenance and restoration.
The pools at our sister properties in Las Vegas, Desert Paradise Resort and Cancún Resort Las Vegas, will be available to Polo Towers guests during this time. Usage is weather permitting and guests will need to provide their own transportation.

Beginning 11/22/22 :
At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $28 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). -
Beginning 11/01/23 :
Alert! Construction Projects Near Polo Towers
Construction work has begun to transform the previously known Hawaiian Market Place near Polo Towers into a shopping and dining facility. Signs have been posted to direct arrivals through the new temporary entrance into the property from Las Vegas Boulevard — and Guests will likely experience sights and sounds from the construction. Please be mindful of these upcoming interruptions that may impact your experience at the resort:
Starting in early September, work will begin on the steel structure, and noise may increase from the nearby construction site.
During construction, please note that there may be occasional interruptions to utility services on-site. If this impacts your stay, we will notify you at check-in.
In November, the northeast parking lot will be closed, and parking on-site will be limited to valet only.
Alert! PARKING ALERT
As of November 1, 2023, self-parking is no longer available on-site due to construction. Valet parking is available, and reservations are recommended. Nearby self-parking is available at the Showcase Mall and Miracle Mile Parking Garage which are approximately an 8-minute walk from Polo Towers. Please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated by valet or in the nearby self-parking options. In addition, temporary access to Polo Towers from Las Vegas Boulevard is currently located between Target and Walgreens.
