    Please note, there is a $26, per day, plus tax, Resort Service fee, due to the resort upon check out.

    The resort's weekly cleaning schedule is as follows:
    Tuesday - Trash & Towel Service
    Thursday - Mini-Clean
    Saturday - Trash & Towel Service

    There is only 1 parking space available per unit (no exceptions). There is no nearby offsite parking and 'street parking' is prohibited from November thru May.

    Front Desk Hours vary, please contact resort prior to arrival for the most up to date information. During inclement weather the desk may close early

    Late Arrivals : If you expect to arrive later than 4pm for check in, please ensure you telephone the resort (on the above number) prior to arriving to make arrangements for the key.

    Amenities: Please note resort amenities are seasonal and some amenities may not be available, please contact the resort in advance for the most up to date information

    Please review driving conditions prior to travel, road work or weather may affect your route significantly.
    Please note, to mitigate risk of wildfires, the public utility company may temporarily turn off power during Red Flag Warnings, when weather conditions present an increased fire risk. These may be without advanced notice, and only done in the interest of safety.

    Late arrival instructions: Check-in is available through the resort's lockbox. Please follow the below instructions: 1. The lockbox is located to the left of the front door on the front office porch. 2. Please call our answering service at (530) 262-6301 or use the red phone to the left of the lockbox. 3. Enter the code provided by the answering service. 4. Locate the envelope with the last name corresponding with the reservation. 5. In this envelope, there will be resort information you will need for your stay and three unit keys. Please be advised the doors lock automatically behind you, a $100 fee will be assessed for lockout after hours. 6. Park your vehicle in your assigned spot, ONE CAR PER UNIT ONLY (parking spots correspond with your unit number.) 7. Please check in at the front desk the next morning.

  • Beginning 01/08/24 , Ending 05/30/24 :
    The resort is continuing the installation of ten more Bubble Tubs. We know how important your vacation time is, and we will try and minimize any disturbance. The installation will occur in phases starting on January 8, 2024 - May 24, 2024. Work will take place Monday - Friday beginning daily at 8 AM – 5 PM. Although this may cause some inconvenience, we do hope to minimize the impact during your stay. We know how important your vacation time is, and we appreciate your cooperation during this period of construction.     Rules & Regulations - Pets are not permitted at the resort or in any unit or common area. Emotional support or comfort animals are considered pets, and are not permitted on resort property. A fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) may be charged by the resort for each night in violation of this policy. Failure to comply may also result in the owner, renter, or guest being required to vacate the resort with no refund. Please inquire at the front desk for local pet boarding options. Exclusion of pets does not prohibit service animals, which are trained to respond to the individual’s needs and perform work or a task directly related to the individual’s disability. Service animals must be maintained under control at all times.
